Warranty & exchange
1. The condition
- Applicable within 14 days of receiving the product
- Products to be exchanged must be new, unused, with original tags and labels intact, and free of any strange odors.
- Only one exchange is allowed per product.
- Dincox prioritizes size exchanges. If the desired size is out of stock, you may exchange for a different product:
- If the desired product is of equal or higher value, you will need to pay the difference at the time of exchange.
- If you wish to exchange for a product of lower value, we will not issue a refund.
2. Our policy
- Warranty period:
- Glue warranty: 6 months
- Leather warranty: 1 year
- Exchange and return policy:
- Customers will be responsible for the 2-way shipping fee for size and model exchanges.
- For manufacturer defects, Dincox will be responsible for the 2-way shipping fee.
- For warranty claims, customers will be responsible for the 1-way shipping fee, and Dincox will cover the return shipping fee.
Notes:
- The exchange policy does not apply to accessories.
- For products on sale for more than 50%, Dincox will NOT SUPPORT SIZE EXCHANGE OR WARRANTY in any case.
- Dincox does not offer cash refunds in any case. We appreciate your understanding.
3. How do I proceed
3.1 At out store:

3.2 Online:
- Complete online return request form attached in your order packaging, filled with details of your order, items that you want to return and reason for returns.
- Proceed to the nearest post office or any carrier to send back your returns..
- Destination adress: 336/05 Tan Ky Tan Quy st, Son Ky ward, Tan Phu district
- Your refund will be processed after we get the quality check result of your return item and it is confirmed to meet our returns policy. We will inform you via the email.
